The Fall 2010 Undergraduate Apprenticeship Programm applications are now live.

Students should fill out this application (weblink is https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/fall2010uap1).
Faculty should fill out this application (weblink is https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/fall2010uap2).

Completion of BOTH applications is necessary for consideration, and both applications are due on August 15 for priority consideration.  Any questions with the weblink or online application should be directed to Dr. Chuck.
