Welcome to a Decade of Creative Student Work
Back by popular demand, the Innovations 2009 event will be held 11:00 am to 3:30 pm on April 29, 2009 in Dewberry Hall in the Johnson Center. This event is a showcase of learning opportunities and creative student projects at George Mason University. Projects from last semester, and works in progress are welcome, since the event celebrates the process and outcomes of innovative learning initiatives. (Faculty, Please keep in mind any particularly innovative or creative student projects that might showcase unique learning experiences, and alert students in your classes to this opportunity.)
AWARDS will be presented, with $ prizes given for top honors in each of several categories: Contribution to University Life, Originality and Creativity, Best Use of Technology, Most Effective Corporate/Community Interaction, Most Effective Technology Tool, Most Interesting Research Project, and the "Student's Choice" award.
